I really hate to leave a bad review, but i always appreciate honesty when I'm looking for reviews myself. I have called this salon 3 times in the last year requesting an appointment, no one answers but you're supposed to leave a message on the general voicemail(or on their cell phones but a new client wouldn't have their cell numbers.) I went in today for a scheduled appointment with Lori. Last time I got a cut was a year ago. I wasn't sure what I wanted to to with my hair and Lori was able to give me some suggestions. I let her pretty much do what she wanted and the end result is amazing! Lori even tied my cut hair and placed it in a bag for me to take with and donate it to a charity. I highly recommend this salon. Love the colors, decor and atmosphere!
