I recieved a groupon from a rep. that came into my job offering services for the salon. I was very excited about using it because it was good deal. When i made my appt. I specified that I was africian americian just so that the stylist would no how to work with my hair texture. I explained what kind of style I was looking to get and even showed a picture of me with the same style in the past. I went for layered haircut and ombre hair color. I got a nice haircut but really bad ombre. The lady I went to didn't know how to do ombre(she could have said something). Instead, she "experimented" on me. The owner seemed to know how to do it but he was busy with another client. Anyways, I will not be going back anytime soon.
