Free consultation!! – Kim had been recommended to me by a friend, but I wasn't sure if she could do the type of haircut I need..I spoke to Jolene, the receptionist, and she said Kim would do a free consultation, which really helped me make up my mind! Horrible Hair Cut – I received a horrible haircut here, complained about it, and was asked to come in, only to have them make it worse. If you know a specific stylist, sure, come to see that person, but otherwise, avoid this place like the plague. My hair was cut unevenly, dry, and in an unflattering style.
My salon for over 10 years – Salon Patine is amazing. Cindy is great and my hair always looks fantastic... Great color. Everyone is friendly and super fun. You will be very satisfied with everything.
Our Family Salon – Last time I had my hair done at Salon Patine, they used some dyes and highlights and did a trim for $160 total but when it faded too soon, I came back and they completely re-did it with different, special dyes FOR FREE and it's stayed perfectly beautiful for three months now and still is. I must insist that their service is very polite, friendly and welcoming. They'll offer you a glass of water or a cup of coffee sometimes! UNFRIENDLY – this salon was the worst I've been to. Rude and unfriendly. The whole time I was there I felt like I was an intrusion. As far as the haircut and highlights I can get that anywhere in santa barbara without the attitude.
