Best Hairstylist in Texas Parvin is fantastic! Ever since I moved to Texas a few years ago I could not find anyone who could manage my extremely thick, wavy hair, It was always cut awkwardly and I was never satisfied. When I went to Parvin I didn't have too high of expectations because of my past disappointments, but boy was I wrong! My hair never looked better! I've followed her every time she changed salons and I don't think I will ever stop!
