I have been coming here for years and they always made me feel welcome. Every since, I have always gotten compliments on my hair.
WELL I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY DISMISSED MY SISTER. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB WITH UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CUT MY NEPHEW HAIR ALL CROOKED. THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR OFFERMAN TO CORRECT THEORY MISTAKE. THEY INSINUATE THAT WAS THE WAY HE REQUESTED IT. WHICH WAS A FALSE STATEMENT. SO THE YALE UP LIES TO JUSTIFY THE I MISTAKES. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Had a groupon and used it here. was extremely difficult to get an appointment or call back. wanted for me and my mom together... they told us they had 1 tech and they couldn't do us both at the same time. Never going back.
I called since they opened at 9 to make an appointment, I mentioned Groupon and all of a sudden no response. Said they would call me back. Called again at noon, again they will call me back, called again at 3:00, then they were booked for the day. We waited all day (on our vacation) and wasted the day trying to have a girls spa day. Funny thing is, I had a huge tip waiting but never again would I ever think about using this place.
My daughters and I are visiting my parents here in Corpus. We are from California and my mom made hair appointments for us with Megan. WE LOVE OUR NEW LOOK! Thank you ladies!
Megan does a wonderful job styling and color on my hair. She also does a fabulous job waxing my face. It is so rejuvenating and refreshing looking afterwards!.
