About 2 weeks ago I had my mom set an appointment with the stylist Donna 8/15/23 for back to school re-twist for 2 young boys@ 10:00am, I called 8/14/23 to confirm price and time. She said she'd call back (never did), so i assumed everything was fine. Arrived at 9:50a, and waited until 10:40 just for her to put 4 more "walk-ins" BEFORE them.
