I had a wonderful experience at this local nail salon. The owner and the technician were very kind, attentive, and personable. The quality of the services was excellent - the pedicure and massage were delightful! Additionally, the salon and all the equipment are clean. 10/10 experience!
They were upset that I misspoke on what I wanted. So it took 15 min longer. My bad. But then I asked the lady after 20 min to please finish. Eventually I asked the lady to give me change for a 20. She grabbed it and gave herself a ***** tip and gave me 10 back. I was appalled. She thought I was confused.. I was just in shock that she even laughed. Plus they Never gave you tips or pictures of ideas. Same old same old. I'm back to my rainbow nails by ******* shops. In and out in 30 min. They treat you better too!!??
They are not qualified / certified - New owners. Do not waste your money
