RecommendedHardest part about going to Salon in Sixth is deciding which stylist to use. You should all go there ... but after me I need my hair did bad!
Jamie cut my hair, and it was the best cut I’ve had in years. I couldn’t be happier! She was very helpful in letting me know what would look good on me and knows what’s in style. She was also a very pleasant conversationalist! But the thing that made her really stand out was that she cared to give me a neck and head massage and I felt like I was at a freakin spa. Thank you Jamie!!
Syreeta has been cutting my hair for YEARS and she always does an amazing job! I literally will drive all the way from Chicago to get my hair done from her because she’s that good at styling. 11/10 would recommend!

If you have curly hair and have any fears about a stylist doing right by it, choose Syreeta and you won’t ever look back! I’ve been seeing her for a few years and can’t let anyone else touch my hair. Not even for a haircut! When she moved here I had to follow her here. She knows what she’s doing and you can trust her decisions and her honesty. Shes the best!
I have had my hair cut and styled by Dawn many times over the years...she is the best!! So happy that she is at Salon on 6th now so I can go back to seeing her regularly again. And, I very much enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon - everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who did my hair but I can’t:( but she was SO GREAT! I went in to chop my long hair shorter than I’ve ever had it and it was my first time going to this salon so I was pretty nervous. She absolutely nailed it! It turned out exactly how I wanted it! She cut it and did a partial highlight. I’m taken back by how much of a positive reaction I’ve gotten to my hair and I’m so happy with it! I was very impressed and this will now be my salon of choice! Thank you thank you thank you!!
