Sadly a disappointing experience.
Baylee is the BEST! This salon is elevated with hometown feel. I got EXACTLY what I wanted, consistent every time. Baylee is so chill and really listens. Thank you Salon on Main!
I was hesitant and nervous to come into this salon because in the past I would have to sit in a salon chair for almost four and a half hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service, skills, and atmosphere. When you enter you sign in with a tablet that is on a stand infront of the couches in the waiting area. One of the receptionists however greeted me and promptly checked me in. I am impressed by Emma who did my hair. I like my haircut I received, but the atmosphere in the salon was very uninviting. I sat for several minutes while not be greeted or spoken to. Felt really uncomfortable!
First time here and I loved it Kylie did a awesome job she made me feel so comfortable and loved her personality will be coming back!
