Clearly I should’ve booked with Anna. I spent $120 on a blow-dry and wash when I came in specifically for a haircut. Even after I repeatedly explained what I wanted and showed photos, the stylist decided a lecture and a tiny trim counted as a “cut.” There wasn’t a single hair on the floor. I left frustrated, with a bad bang cut, and the stylist could tell I was unhappy—but she kept defending herself, insisting she had given me a haircut. Will never return to this salon.
Anna is the best! My hair has been thriving since she became my stylist. I used to get a haircut once a year and my hair was unhealthy and dry. Now, with her guidance, my hair grows so fast and feels so much healthier. Getting haircuts regularly & using great products will do wonders! Plus, she always delivers the color that I ask for! Thank you, Anna.
