Showed up at my appointment at noon and unfortunately no one was there. I called them but no one answered either. I left after waiting 20min outside the door. Hopefully I get a call back at some point?
This is a review for Carlos. He is the worst hairdresser I have ever met. He held me hostage under his scissors and he kept shortening my hair even though I was crying stop stop stop it's too short. He did this although i showed him a picture before we started of what I wanted and I explained to him that I want it much longer than the picture. He then cut my hair 3 inches shorter than the picture. I now have patches on my head with very little hair. If I could sue him I would.
Major warning about Carlos at Salon NV. Please choose any other stylist but him. He is the most unprofessional stylist I have ever seen. Not only did he do a terrible job with my hair, he also treated me very poorly at the end. You might be confused because this salon has some good reviews, but if you notice the reviews are mostly for other stylists (not for Carlos), and this review is about him. Great experience with Mijoo! She gave me a fantastic cut and highlights. Plus she was super nice :).
