I’ve tried booking with this salon twice and both times they’ve canceled my appointments last-minute, leaving me high and dry right before work trips. The first time the stylist was sick (understandable, stuff happens) but the most recent cancellation was because the stylist’s books were “supposed to be closed” that day. Unprofessional and I’ll never book this salon again as a result.
Libni was super friendly and enthusiastic from our first meeting. She gave me the perfect haircut and duplicated my customized Aveda formula for red hair. Nice atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit.
Salon Nové is an amazing salon. The haircuts are very precise and the stylists listen to how you would like to have your hair look.
Nicole was super friendly and accommodating. She did a great job and when I asked for an adjustment, she was fine with that.
I have literally never looked so cool. Nicole is the best at edgy haircuts and fun color
