I absolutely loved my haircut and bangs. I felt listened to, and my cut came out exactly like I wanted. The atmosphere was amazing too and everyone was super friendly.
Sophie did any amazing job highlighting my daughter's hair. The style was gorgeous! She was so happy!
I booked an appointment and gave them a picture of my hair which was bright red, along with what I wanted it to be changed to. She sent back the darker images as to provide what she believed she could actually accomplish. I also informed them BEFORE my appointment that I didn't feel comfortable paying more than $600 keeping tip in mind. After sitting there for 9 hours I walked out with horrible hair (see picture above), they didn't charge me and scheduled me with a different stylist two weeks later.
