Amazing service! My haircut came with a complimentary mini facial and shoulder massage which surprised me. The ladies were friendly and Bianca listened and implemented my wishes. Very happy and impressed!
I really enjoyed my experience there at Salon Nove and the stylist was super nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was when I booked the appointment they told me the price for a shine and tone was $53.00 When I went to pay, there was a color charge of $24.00 and an environmental fee color of $7.00. I was told it was because the color was extra which I did not know. The Shine and TONE to me means the color should have been included. I didn't have much of a choice but to pay it. My time is highly respected, from the moment I enter the salon until checking out. Sarah is always prompt and considerate, with a great attention to detail. The professionalism is evident, as is the easy and friendly connection.
Highly recommend this salon! It’s clean and beautiful. Frania was fantastic. This was my second cut and style with her and she is so fun to chat with. I recently started my curly hair journey and she was incredibly helpful in teaching how to use the products and style my curls. It’s hard to find someone who can cut curly hair well and I’m so glad I found her!
