I have been a regular here for Salon Nirvana for a year now and I have to say every experience I’ve had since day one has been exceptional. I had my first consultation with Bella in August 2021. At that point I had been suffering from extreme postpartum hair loss around my edges. I booked an appointment for a silk-press in the NYC location for 3:45 PM. I recently had a baby was able to get a sitter and had everything set up to be out of the house for about 2 hours 2.5 including travel. When I get to my appointment 3:42 PM the young lady had just finished washing someone else hair and then went on to washing my hair and left me in a shower cap. I have nothing but great things to say from the customer service to the experience of getting micro links ! I was very nervous at first because it was hard to find my exact hair / curl pattern but she made it happen! And I’ve never been happier ! Not only that but she focuses on the health of the hair.
