Let me preface by saying that I don't make assumptions about a person's ability according to their cultural background. I like this barbershop and Cory is an excellent barber and my son's hair always looks great. My concern is that apparently the barbers who can cut textured hair were all booked for today. This we found out today when my son went in for a scheduled appointment and was told by the barber that he doesn't know how to cut textured hair. That goes for chemical services like perms or hair color and cuts as well. I believe it is best to be up front than to have a customers hair damaged or not cut properly. I went to Christy Willoughby. I Showed her what I wanted and the results were even better than I expected! Beautiful coloring. Also a great trim and fix after! The lady that did my hair was very friendly and spent a lot of time on my hair. While I appreciate her hard work and time spent on me, Unfortunately it was not the result that I wanted.
