If I could give zero stars I would. I went in one Saturday morning to get a silk press. I asked for that, a treatment and a trim. They had me under the dryer so long my scalp felt like it was gonna burn off. The lady that serviced me doesn’t even speak good English. She blowdried my hair and then started to curl. How could you not tell that I needed a trim based on how my ends looked??? When she was curling, she said it was too “late” for a trim. She was just being lazy. I took my daughter here with good faith and it was the WORSE decision I’ve ever made. The color they put in her hair wasn’t processed properly and burned her scalp. Her hair in the back fell out completely. I don’t recommend this establishment at all. The only way I see a 4.2 rating is if they’re giving discounts for it.
