Great Hair Salon on East Pine I'm new to Seattle and have had a hard time finding a haircut I'm satisfied with. I called up Moxi and was scheduled with Heidi. She took the time to listen and give me suggestions for my problem hair. The salon was very warm and relaxed, not pretentious or high energy like more expensive salons. I'm a dedicated Moxi client now. You should definitely try them out.
Excellent Stylists I have been seeing Jessica for about two years now and she consistently not only gives me a great hair style, but she also joins me in creating a look that fits who I am. I have gotten to know Trista and Heidi as well and they also provide great service to their clients. Highly Recommended!
The worst haircut I have ever gotten! I was visiting Seattle and thought this Salon looked hip. I needed a hair cut and was a walk in. A girl who looked like Betty Page the pin up said she would cut my hair. The salon was not busy at all. I should have known by the way she hesitantly approached me stating I think I'll go get a new comb. DO NOT GO TO MOXI SAN FRANCISCO!!! TERRIBLE vibe. Very unaccomodating. Treated me like scum. When I asked to speak with the manager after getting the rude receptionist she whispered about me first before talking to me in a condescending manner. No refunds. Worst "salon" experience of my life. Will never return. DO NOT RECOMMEND. (This review is for the San Francisco MOXI, I don't have any experience with the Seattle location).
