Monique and her team are the absolute sweetest. We needed to come in for a haircut for my daughter as she is going through chemotherapy. Susan was our hairstylist and she was so understanding and great with our daughter throughout the entire appointment. Monique also reached out to us separately and has quickly become part of our community. Beware the bait and switch is alive and well. My wife called to have her hair put up for a wedding a few months before the appointment she was told it would be 30 to $35. She went on the day of the wedding no cut no wash no blow dry no pins. Just had curls put in. She was charged at $ 90 and she left a $30 tip. When I realized this had happened I called and was told they would look into it. They then called my wife back and left a voicemail saying she was overcharged it was supposed to be $70. I have come here several times for cut and color of both my bio hair and wigs and toppers. They are all very equally talented! Monique is amazing with the wigs. You can try them on for free and privately and all come with free cuts and styling. She also cut and styled all of my own wigs in such a stress free no pressure environment, unlike other wig salons.
