What a pathetic customer service this place has got! On my day of appointment they call a couple hours before and ask me to show up half hour before my scheduled appointment time. Apparently, first time customers need some extra time which I’m fine with, but not sure why wasn’t this communicated when I scheduled appointment almost a month ago at which time they clearly knew I’m first time customer! I have been going to Salon Monique for over 10 years! I highly recommend any stylist there! Recently got a color done by Jillian and have gotten so many compliments!
I decided to have a spa day for myself and boy am I glad I did. I had an amazing facial with Grace. Very sweet personality, very friendly and knowledgeable. Then I had brows, hair cut, gloss and blow out with Jillian. Jillian’s talent is mind-blowing. She is super friendly, very personable and a wonderful addition to the salon!
