I asked to have my hair colored a light gray - photos and all. 5 times (silly me) got what Jill called 'smoky gray' which to this day is a reddish brown. She refused to agree there was any red or brown in my hair. I am about to pay over $200 to remove this color from someone who knows how to color hair and not try to convince clients that they are seeing a color that is not there!
What a pathetic customer service this place has got! On my day of appointment they call a couple hours before and ask me to show up half hour before my scheduled appointment time. Apparently, first time customers need some extra time which I’m fine with, but not sure why wasn’t this communicated when I scheduled appointment almost a month ago at which time they clearly knew I’m first time customer! My first time here and I’m so happy with my results. Jillian did a fantastic job❤️ The salon was beautiful!
I have been going to Salon Monique for over 10 years! I highly recommend any stylist there! Recently got a color done by Jillian and have gotten so many compliments!
