Mod I do not know what to say. I got the hair cut and it is ok. I do not know whether I should recommend this to others
Very unprofessional! The "stylist" (Tall, manly, deep voiced redhead named "Jessica"), who seemed nice enough on the phone, practically MAN HANDLED ME, skipped shampooing me and grabbed my long hair and shoved her fist HARD into my back as way of "measuring" the length I wanted taken off (even though I showed her a picture of the exact cut I wanted which was a long, collar bone length blunt cut). The best salon in Florence. I've been to a lot and go often but this place is hands down the best and I will now go there for all my salon needs.
Love this salon! They have everything from hair to massages to facials so it is truly a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!
Top notch salon. Cool atmosphere and the service has always been excellent!
Best Brazilian wax and facial in town and reasonably priced
Wasn't impressed over all. The woman doing my hair is also the owner. She was almost an hour late for our appointment. A girlfriend of hers just popped in to say hello, and then asked if she could do her eyebrow wax very quickly, so I ended up being bumped for another girl pushing my appointment back even further. The service provided was marginal. I think there are better options around, and wont be going back again.
