Did an okay job with my hair, but did not make me aware of an extra charge before or after the service (I thought I mixed up the price but I didn't and emailed her back and she won't give me a refund for the extra charge even when I tipped her) . She had not previously ever charge me an extra charge and I keep my hair the same length. Hope you can buy that baseball bat you were talking about.

Been to Jenn 3 times in the last year or 2 and every time I've had to go back for some kind of fix. Even when I did color. I have curly/wavy hair that isn't the easiest to cut correctly in general. But for $48 I shouldn't have to go back for a fix. This time I wanted it cut straight, which she did, but she didn't check all over to see that all sides matched, she literally had me in the chair for 10 minutes. Jenn is fantastic! By far my favorite stylist I've ever had. She cuts hair dry, and does an amazing job! I always leave happy. No more hair anxiety for me!
