Most of the staff was very pleasant and that is why it’s hard for me to leave such a bad review. I was visiting my cousin in Levittown and she suggested that I go to Salon Metro. My experience would have been wonderful had it not been for one specific employee; Amber. She was incredibly rude. It almost seemed as if I were an inconvenience to her. She made me uncomfortable, and that’s not an easy thing to do. I really wish that management takes this review seriously. Either retrain her, or find someone who would be happy to f... read more

Melanie did an amazing job with my hair today. I showed her a picture and she did EXACTLY what I asked. A bonus was the blow out- it is fantastic! I never want to wash my hair again!
