The last couple of times I've been here, I'll show them a picture of what I want (a wolf cut with bangs) and they just end up giving me a bad choppy pixie cut. I had MORE than enough hair for them to give me what I wanted, and my hair texture was right for it, but the woman who did my hair was OBVIOUSLY rushing through it and left everything choppy short and uneven. I ended up having to fix it myself at home and it looked much better.
Carmen literally killed it. I felt comfortable, she listened and communicated about the color i was going for, and i walked out with exactly what i wanted! 10/10 recommend
