Wonderful salon – I can not grasp that anyone would think the Salon Medusa is terrible or unprofessional. I stopped in 2 1/2 years ago, looking for a new stylist. I set up an appointment with Mali and have never left. She is GREAT, when I first went I told her what I wanted, now- I let her do whatever she wants and it ALWAYS looks GREAT!!! I love how they are up on new techniques of cutting, coloring, ect..... Great Atmoshere, Great Service, Great Price, Love It! – I have my hair cut and styled at Salon Medusa in Brookfield and just love it. I've never been disappointed with the service. Natalie listens to me when I explain what I want done, and she does it. She is very attentive to my needs. The salon is modern, clean and has very good ambience. I highly recommend you try Salon Medusa, I'm sure you will find it delightful. Caliann

Awful Service – This place shouldn't be in Aveda's listing. The hair stylist was totally ignorant and incapable. The whole hair coloring experience felt cheap and awful. I STRONGLY recommend NOT going to salon medusa.' videodrome' must be an employee there for giving such false marketing information.

HIgh commitment to customer service – I have gone to Salon Medusa for over 15 years. I continue my 30 minute drive to this salon because I find their commitment to excellence and beauty outstanding. I am a person that finds doing my hair a challenge, and the staff has been good in working with my capabilities and resistant hair type to processing. Best Salon anywhere – Couldn't agree LESS with the hysterical one who leaves childish posts like 'chopping off your finger'. I am not an employee so get over it. I have never had anyone that I referred to Salon Medusa come back and say something negative. The staff is talented and the salon is beautiful. Your overly dramatic assault on them is so off base! Great message and pedicure. – I get messages pretty regularly so I've had many different types of messages. I have give my kudos to Lisa. It was just right, not too hard or soft. She really listened to what I needed. My shoulders feel great and my headache is gone. I feel invigorated! I'll definitely go again. I've also heard from a friend who used a gift certificate to get a pedicure that Jeanette was really thorough in getting rid of all her calluses. She said that her feet have never felt as soft. DO NOT go to Salon Medusa. Do something else fun like chopping your finger – DO NOT GO TO salonmedusa. I was fooled by the Aveda name. The experience was a total nightmare. I'm completely dissatisfied. My hair is dark brown and I wanted a caramel brown color. When she brought a grey swatch, I told her it was too light and not in the shade that I want.
