I tried to contact this salon for weeks to book hair and makeup for a wedding leaving multiple messages with different hairstylists on different days, and times of the day. Not ONCE did anyone ever answer the phone or return my calls. I even physically went to the shop in person twice and nobody was there. I do have to say I’m quite glad they didn’t because I ended up going elsewhere & The Mane Strand did an Amazing job!
Always a great atmosphere! And it’s so pretty in the salon! Karen is very accommodating and is a scientist when it comes to colors!
I love my up-do! Asked for a casual look, not too much! Karen nailed it! Thank you!!!
