I am Puerto Rican and I have a very difficult hair because it’s super cruel but Joe he knows how to maintain it for days ago I want because I end up dying my own hair and of course, Joe ended up working It’s magic
When I asked to go a tad darker than my normal color, the stylist asked me if I was going through something emotionally. Then proceeded to get hair dye all over my $600 purse that still won’t come out. Although I did love my color, I won’t be going back. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
Joe is my favorite! But everyone there is great!
