I have been following Jules Lomeli since she started doing my hair in 2003 or 2004. I was desperate to get in to have my hair dialed for a wedding and after multiple calls I was able to get a last minute appointment with Iliana and she was fantastic! Thank you Jules Lomeli, Erica, and Iliana for networking and getting me in on such short notice. I really appreciate it!
Called the salon today at 10:22 to follow up on a previous conversation with the manager. The "gentleman" who answered the phone sounded absolutely dispassionate and aloof. When I asked for an email address to speak with the owner about my issue he said no, and when I asked for his name he hung up on me. Clients need to be taken seriously and this kind of behavior will drive a salon right into the ground. Total fail.

First time here and soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken care of right away. Our appointment was with Ashley and we were so happy she was wonderful The atmosphere was very pleasant. We found our place.
