I paid approximately $300 for a balayage and was extremely disappointed with the result. As shown in the photo, a significant portion of the underneath section was left dark and uncolored, creating an abrupt, harsh change from dark brown to blonde rather than the blended transition I expected. Graciela was absolutely amazing! After having a previous experience where my V-shaped haircut wasn’t what I wanted, I was honestly nervous about having someone fix it. Graciela was so caring, patient, and understanding from the very beginning. This is my second visit with Chrissy. She has given me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She really listens to my goals for transitioning my hair to grey. I am really happy I found Salon Lucent at Riverview.
