Brooke was fantastic. I was a new client to the salon and she took care of me. I love my cut and color. She listened, made suggestions and executed. The salon is clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Brooke had a client arrive significantly late, however knew it would encroach in my process and kindly requested to reschedule them. I appreciate that she made me a priority. In the end, i had great service and love my hair. I will definitely be going back.
Annna is amazing!! She is the most talented nail tech I’ve seen!
I take back my review. My girl Tiffany left so Krissy started doing my hair. After 3 appointments I found another stylist who has better skills and personality. Not only did she not take her time, she caused horrible ugly banding more noticeable than ever. This is not my first rodeo with going blonde, and that’s never happened to me before. The last appointment she rushed me and the stuck me in the lobby with foil in my hair so she could take another customer. And bopped me on the head with the wash handle. ✌️
Ive been seeing Anna at Salon Lucent for her nail services and ive never been disappointed! Anna goes above and beyond! Anything you want, she can do! And the salon itself is so welcoming! Its such a warm place to be in and the other employees are all so sweet! Anna is so good at what she does and you wont be disappointed, so you should definitely book with her 😊
Went in today and saw Annie for my first time; she was absolutely amazing !!! Will be going back to see her in 6 months 😊
