I went to go get highlights done and the minute I walked in it felt unwelcoming. Me and my mom were waiting 15 minutes or so before my mom had to ask someone because no one was acknowledging us. Love my new stylist Mita. She is very professional and friendly and she knows what she's doing. I plan on having her as my stylist for a very long time.
when i called and booked my appointment, the salon was kind enough to accommodate my needs. i wear a hijab so i requested a room to get my hair cut or an area that wasn’t in window view. they were so nice to remember and got me into a room. i got my bangs cut by mita mallory. she was wonderful and chatted with me the whole time although this was our first time meeting. she was so kind. she made sure that we kept the appointment going until i was satisfied with the final look. she was just wonderful and i would definitely rec... read more
