Received genuinely the worst haircut of my life and even worse attitude from Hilda. Told her I was going to a wedding in 4 days and she left me with lopsided hair, uneven bangs, and textured hair on one side of my head but not the rest. Did not allow me tell her what I wanted, just talked about herself.
