I’ve been having Nancie Hogan cut my hair for years.I decided to go to her to get hi and low lights foiled. I have med brown hair. She only let the bleach process 10 minutes so it was gold, not pale yellow/white like I wanted. The low lights she partly painted on. They were improperly placed and unblended leaving a line of demarcation and a striped look. There’s a big splotch in the front that’s completely unblended and weighted much heavier than the others.
