Great place excellent operators convenient parking.
Cannot say enough great things about Leah (Loft 15). My hair is very difficult for people to cut/get right but I’ve never had a bad experience with her. Most recently got a Japanese magic straight and absolutely love it!
I think this is a neat concept, but the downside is each stylist is their own operator. While I support this model to empower stylists, you obviously can't have a consistent quality of service. Although I made an appointment through the Salon Lofts, my stylist wasn't there when I arrived and was non-responsive to my messages. I picked this location because it was metro accesssible.
