JESSIE SCHWARTZ- Loft No. 14 Started going to Jessie for my son who had some anxiety around getting his hair cut and he was amazing with him. I had recently lost my hair to chemo and decided that when it grew back in I would go to him as well. Several years out and he is the only person who has touched my hair. He has helped me take care of my hair as it’s grown back in and has done great cuts and fantastic color. I cannot recommend him enough. He is amazing!

I booked an appt with Claire Gauntner in loft #16. I got an automated email 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment stating it'd be canceled. There is no way to call her or get ahold of her. I arrived, assuming it'd been some type of mistake. Instead, she was doing another customer's hair and was quite rude when I asked about my scheduled time.
