Had my very first appointment there today n fell in love. My hair was very long.. to my butt long and I wanted to cut it very short and dye it. Amanda did my hair n I absolutely love it!!! She did an amazing job.
Charles is amazing! He knew exactly how to do my hair to make me look fabulous! You can tell by his technique and the way he goes about doing things that he really knows what he's doing to make his clients happy!!
Customer service is everything. I walked in here, not as a client but making a cold-call to let them know about the amazing 1892 Chocolate Line. (who doesn't love chocolate with their makeover?) From the receptionists to both managers, Charles and Angela, I was treated with VIP service as was everyone else who I witnessed walk in while I was there. If customer service is perfected like this, I would love to see what they do with hair... wow
Whenever I leave the salon after my appointment with Angela, I get 1 million compliments! Makes my day & I just love her, along with all the staff!
Great service, great people, great prices and Charles is the best 👍
