We went here today for girls day and we all felt rushed. My tech was discussing employee issues; call outs and people being late and emeregencies and spa issues; chairs losing water and leaking blue stuff out of the lines; in front of us. I didn't feel relaxed due to this, they inadvertently pushed the business issues upon their clients. And my nails looked better before I went in than when I left, my tech didn't even ask what I wanted done.
