I asked for a fade and they gave me an Mohawk. They had a no refund policy at the time and no one was around to even be concerned about my complaint
This place is horrible. I made an appointment with the stylist. Even confirmed it the day before. I showed up and had to wait another hour because 2 people were booked in front of me. That was maybe a sign I should have left. I finally was taken to the stylist's chair at 210 when I got there at 1. I was getting crochet braids. The braids underneath were too tight to the point I had to tell the stylist to do them over. Again, I should have left. The style was way too full. Great experience but even better customer service. Not to mention the quality of work.
Always my go-to salon! Never leave disappointed and always enjoy my time in the shop. The staff is hilarious and keep their clients entertained and comfortable.
I love it I was in n out still had t time to run some errands nice scenery comfortable chairs love my hair.
