My experience at their Aurora location: If you value your appearance or time/money, NEVER go here. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this is seriously the most shady salon I have ever been to. Was recommended Roya (who was founded as unlicensed by Skilled Trades Ontario) for a colour correction. The owner seemed sweet on the phone and I was in desperate need of help, so I trusted his recommendation wholeheartedly.
