I loved she’s so professional and talented My hair looked perfect
When I came to Katherine’s back in August of 2025 she gave me a keratin treatment along with a hair color! It came out phenomenal! I went back a couple of weeks after for a hair mask and after washing it my curls were looser my hair looked longer and so much healthier! Definitely a 5/5 spot! I’m back today for just a deep conditioner but I will be back for another keratin treatment!
Hoy fui 14 de mayo 2026 y había un muchacha morena pintándole el cabello a otra le digo para un corte la cual me dice no yo pensé que no me había entendido y vuelvo y le repito y me habló con una actitud orible no me gustó el trato
Quiero expresar mi descontento con el trato que recibí en este lugar. Me lo recomendaron como un sitio “cinco estrellas”, pero honestamente mi experiencia fue totalmente diferente. La señora que me atendió tuvo una actitud bastante grosera y poco profesional. No me sentí cómoda ni bien atendida. Lamentablemente no recomiendo este lugar. Para mí no merece cinco estrellas, le doy cero por el servicio recibido.
