I had an awesome experience at Salon Karizma when I went in for a new haircut! ! Their staff is just wonderful, everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Their salon is so beautifully and elegantly decorated too! Rachael did an amazing job on my new do, a short pixie style haircut! I absolutely love it! I'll definitely be going back for future services!
Sarah listened and then executed exactly what mom/daughter wanted for color repair and future maintenance concerns! Sarah knew many professional tricks to assist her in the desired look as well as time management.
After researching hair places, as I am new to town, I saw the photos and made my appointment to see Rachel. Thankful I did! My hair was a hot 1/2 curly 1/2 straight Brazilian mess (from another Salon in Miami) and I walked out feeling beautifully haired again..they treated me so nice and welcoming (even when making an appointment). Excellent professional experience. I was always reluctant to color my hair, Rachel does a great job. The other staff as well are professional and excellent with their skill.
This was my first experience with Salon Karizma, from when I entered the door until I left everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rachel did an amazing job on my hair!
