Terrible service didnt let me book and appt. And also didn’t answer there phone.
I made an appointment online for 11:15 am. I was at the location at 11:10 am and called on the phone. I was told they were not taking new customers and sorry. If they were not taking new customers why was I able to make an appointment online? And why did you wait until 11:10 am to text me and refuse my appointment after my driving to your shop? I would suggest this shop be more diligent in managing your website. Your website does not state that you are not taking new clients.
Very knowledgeable and experienced hair stylist. Will definitely make this my salon of choice.
Joelle is excellent and very professional. Always on time and does a great job.
