Excellent technical knowledge and superior customer service – This team of professionals gets a 100% in my book for their attention to detail, service and technical knowledge. great salon – I went to my appointment May 21, 2007 for the Cut-a-ton, Susan G. Koman foundation, and it was another great haircut. It was nice that even though they were slammed that Kim took her time and did not rush my haircut. I have made another appointment for June and I will be sure to go back next year for the 3rd annual Cut-a-thon.

Worst customer service – I had heard that this salon may be a good place for mens cuts and I spend alot of money in salons but I found this place to be rude and obnoxious. This beauty salon wants to be high end but has extremely poor customer service. Bad attitude and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Not for me – Based off the reviews on citysearch, I decided to give Salon Jack a try. From the moment I walked into the front door, I felt uncomfortable. It was loud and chaotic. Sylists throwing T3 dryers on the floor after they were done with blowouts or deciding mid-blowout that another greasy Bumble and Bumble product was needed. The salon is small and has mimimalist decor. Truly artistic hair adventure, finally, in St. Pete – I visited the new St. Petersburg location of Salon Jack today. It's a great location and a wonderful space for the hair studio - lots of light, and lots of potential for this St. Pete spot. Truly on another level, leaving the rest of Tampa's salons in the dust! – I came to Salon Jack after having gotten a terrible color job at another prominent Tampa salon. Tampa's Finest – I've been going to Salon Jack since August. Kim has been an exceptional stylist/colorist/cutter. She has such a fun personality! I've never had more people (both friends and strangers) ask me who does my hair and where. Kim takes her time and expertise to give you exactly what you are looking for. great experience – I am a travel nurse, and I travel around the US every 3-6 months. I use citysearch everywhere I go. I found this salon online and decided to give it a try. I was very pleased with my experience there. "Phil is the man." He was so patient with me. I didn't really know what I wanted, and he spent time with me going over different colors. I would recommend him to anyone.

Best Haircut in town......hands down – Chad has been cutting my hair for over a year. Every single haircut I have received has been absolutely amazing. I leave there feeling like a million bucks. He is sweet, thorough, and really listens to what you want..then steers you towards the best haircut for you. You end up with the best haircut of your life--every time!
