My review is 8 months overdue. My stylist was Serena for 6 months. She was a level 1 stylist/a beginner at the salon. So less expensive. every time I went for touch up I always had to return for a fix-EVERY SINGLE TIME-Jessica would ask me to switch to a level 4-more expensive-but I liked Serena and gave her the benefit of the doubt.
