First, the atomsphere is amazing. It smells good, and it reminds me of home. The couch is super comfortable for customers waiting. Second, the staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgable. You can always start up a conversation with them. It isn't noisy or as busy as a larger salon would be. It just lets you relax and take care of yourself.
