Oh my goodness this salon has it going on I have been to some of the best in Knoxville who have butchered my hair who stylists think they know better than I do to do my hair… Coming to salon Haven has been a beautiful experience. Very satisfied! I highly recommend Salon Haven! They deserve a 5 rating! The atmosphere very relaxing! Very professional! Customer service is excellent! My hair dresser was very knowledgeable! Very respectful! She did a great job! Happy with the results! Will be my new salon & hair dresser! For privacy they will know who did my hair! & was my first time! Great experience! Thank you! The salon is beautiful! I’ve been going since they opened ! Dawn is my absolute favorite hair dresser ever ! She does mine and my family’s hair ! My 3 year old daughter is has super curly hair Dawn did an AMAZING job on her curly cut.

I had a great experience with Megan! She fixed a bad haircut and helped me transition from blonde because I wanted to grow out my natural hair. There was a LOT going on in my hair, having been bleached for over a decade, porous spots, and uneven color, and I have a tendency to pull very red. Megan took the time to patiently make sure I got the color I wanted and she set realistic expectations.

I called with a wild request for a pink mullet and they came through with a same day appointment. Nancy was great 11 out of 10 would greatly recommend. Had a blast talking to her, the rest of the girls were great too!
