I visited this salon about five years ago for a short haircut. The male stylist started cutting without asking what I wanted or looking at a reference photo. He even began doing partial highlights which I didn’t ask for. The result was so bad I had to wear a hat every time I went out. I spent 300$!!!! 3-0-0$ for a c-curl perm, and I wash it out respectively, and it’s not a c-curl, its a regular curly perm that was done to half of my head. My ends were fried, like dead. Nothing came out as how i wanted it to be, and there were too many things wrong that I just wanted to leave. So i went to another hair salon and they told me that salon H absolutely ruined my hair. the other salon fixed my hair perfectly. I’ve been going to this salon for 6 years, now I’m switching to the new one.
