Lee is the absolute best. So friendly, quick, and professional. I literally come here every two weeks just for him.
It's a good shop, the rates are fair, but the problem with this shop is that every time you go for a haircut, you can see the new hairdresser.
I came in to correct a terrible haircut I had gotten back in August at the James mark salon. This was a challenge, because as you can see from the before photo, my hair was BAD! I came here and waited about 5 minutes before a hair stylist was ready to take me. I believe the hairstylist who helped me goes by V - she did an absolute incredible job evening out my hair and giving it proper shape. This was the worst experience ever! Not only was the salon setting dirty they did not sanitize any tools. She didn’t know how to work with African hair and I get that but that should have been stated before touching my hair. She didn’t use proper blow dryer tools. It just overall was horrible and I really don’t recommend anyone to go to this salon. I walked in and they didn’t even speak to me so the customer service was trash. -2/10 My visit was August 12 2024*
