I’ve been going to Salon Fortelli for over 10 years and I honestly can’t go anywhere else For haircuts, I go to Gino — he is absolutely amazing He’s a true “scissor wizard” who can handle any style or shape with ease. I cannot express how devastated I am after my visit. This was my first time at this location, recommended to me by a Facebook group. Gina was my stylist. I have light brown hair, and had asked for a few blonde highlights for summer. This woman fried my hair beyond repair. It’s disgusting. I have no idea how this was even achieved. Don’t come here unless you’d like your hair to be destroyed and changed beyond recognition. I booked with gina and she genuinely seemed high or under the influence while cutting my hair. After it was done, it was completely ruined and unrecognizable, she cut half of it off and made it look stringy and disheveled. If you see her holding a pair of scissors, run.
I went into this appointment with extremely thick, naturally wavy/curly hair and very clearly told Gino NOT to thin it out. I asked for some length off and layers only. Instead, my hair was completely butchered. The amount of density removed from my hair is honestly shocking.
