Salon for Women was established in San Diego in February of 2013 by two best friends, Lauren Dengel and Jackie Bardelli. Jackie and Lauren decided to follow their dream and create a women's only salon, where women come to not only look good but to feel fabulous. Darian at Salon for Women is incredible! She colored and cut my hair exactly how I imagined and she is so personable! She’s always friendly, and my hair has never looked or felt better! I love that she obtained the blonde shade I wanted while still keeping my hair healthy. Highly recommend!
All the gals at the salon for women are great! I’ve been going to Darian for a few years now and I always enjoy my appointments and the atmosphere of the salon!

I can't say enough amazing things about the crew at Salon for Women. Mollee is a hair goddess. I've got thick, long hair and in the past have struggled with finding someone experienced enough to handle it. She is a wizard. I walk in looking like reality and walk out looking like Instagram. The entire staff is top in their game. If you’re getting married or have a big formal event coming up, I’d recommend them for makeup, too! They’ll have you looking snatched.
I love this salon! I never feel uncomfortable or pressured to get a cut or color I’m not 100% on. Jessica takes great care of me and always listens to my ideas and knocks it out out of the park every time! The atmosphere is lovely and friendly. I know if my stylist wasn’t available the other ladies would be happy to help me out! 10/10–always recommending to friends :)
