I’m not the kind of person that likes to give bad reviews to any business but I’m very sad and angry about this situation. I had the most horrible experience here. Came in for a balayage and they completely ruined my hair. I gave them the opportunity to schedule me for an appointment to fix it and said they didn’t had any appointments anytime soon to fix it.
