Very poor service & communication. I ordered a product, received an automated notification that the info had been sent to Auspost. It is in limbo as the product has not been given to Auspost. I’ve left 3 voicemails and 2 emails with no response. They never answer the phone. Do not order from this company.

Disgusting scam business. Do not buy from this website! You will not receive your products or your money back from them!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS! I had to do a PayPal dispute to get my money back but it took months. They lie to auspost and PayPal saying they sent the product when it doesn’t even move from their warehouse! Shop elsewhere and save yourself the pain!!!

My daughter ordered from these people in December 2023, my daughter is very sick with kidney failure and these people have STOLEN her money and never given her what she has ordered. Her small business that she operates to keep food in her cupboards is now without her regular clients because this rip off business NEVER sent her supplies and keep coming back with excuse after weak excuse. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!

I did a online order and never received my product. I'm trying to contact them in the website or link in provided in the email order and is not working. So is it a fraud for sure. I'm lucky that I've spent only $26.90.

While most of the order was correct, one item shipped was labelled as a tester; while a replacement was offered by the business this still hasnt been provided despite multiple follow up emails over the last 4 months.
