Very upset over the way my hair color turned out! The owner used a color remover in order to get my hair color the shade I wanted. Well, it didn't work!!! Turned out ORANGEY GOLDEN BROWN. She then proceeded to go a shade darker per my request. It then looked a bit better. When I got home and looked under my bathroom lights and in the natural sunlight my hair still was orangey yellow Brown. So I messaged Sarah on FACEBOOK.
