Salon Elements is the abxolute BEST salon in Fort Smith and probably all of Arkansas! I had gotten a terrible cut and color somewhere else and went to Salon Elements because I heard how wonderful they were...well, people were right!! Colby and Marcie fixed my color and Colby gave me the best cut ever!! They did exactly what I was envisioning and its perfect!! If you truly want an artistic cut and color, Salon Elements is the only place to go!!
